This is my page for the AnnaLift [ link ], where we are lifting this beautiful page by helenedubois [ link ]

It's also my page for March's Challenge No.7 [ link ], which is also a scraplift :-)

Journaling: I found the photo and the birthday card tucked away in an envelope. Part of the photo is missing, so I can’t be certain of the writing on the back, but I think it says “Adel Sebersky, Washington St., Newark NJ.” One thing is certain, Irving loved his wife, Adel.

Process...
I scanned the photo, the card, and the envelope I found them in. The little deer on the right is on the inside cover of the card, opposite the sentiment. I blended the sentiment into the background and placed a copy of the deer on a new layer above it. I adjusted the colors some in the deer. The front of the card is top left. The writing on the back of the photo is blended over a frame on the right. Next, I added the different frames, tape, and ribbon. Then I worked with the different lace layers and clipped a transfer from APP Melic to some of them to get the blue color. The two larger copies of the photo are blended over the frames. The smaller photo is clipped to the mask that comes with the .psd version of the frame. I had a hard time deciding on a background, so finally went with a solid from APP Riant and lightened it a bit. I added my journaling and called it done.

Thanks for looking :-)
