Using Tutorial by Blue Lightning [ link ]


Process
I dragged my image onto an Artsy paper from the new Scenic palette. Then following the tutorial by Marty at Blue Lightning I created my watercolour.


I created a composite omitting the artsy paper and duplicated the image 4 times and turned off the layers..


One by one I dragged my Fotoblendz onto the background and positioned them turning on the photo layers I clipped the duplicates to each FotoBlendz. I duplicated the image onto of each Fotoblendz and added a Darken blending mode.


Transfers were added to blend the hard edge of the photo and to add texture.
Finally I added WordART, an Artstroke, elements and a title onto the little tag.
