Process
A solid paper from APP Meadow was used as the foundation. Using an inverted mask the photo of the poppies was partially brushed back in. The blending mode of the photo was changed to darken to allow some of the texture and color of the paper to show through. Artsy Flower 1_1 was grouped in a folder and layered over the poppy photo. The flower head was duplicated, resized and flipped horizontally. Several strokes from Different Strokes 4 and 5 were added, recolored to create the stem. A transfer from APP Summer Breeze (darken) was layered over the photo. Stains from the Tribute Album were added and recolored. Word art, splatters and embellishments were added to complete the page.
