Tropt here bringing some digi-goodness from the Oscraps gallery. The gallery is brimming with so many gorgeous LOs this week, it’s been hard to choose just a few. Check it out for yourself and you’re guaranteed to find new favorites and be inspired by the LOs there (I know I am!).
In our last O My Stars, we celebrated Valentine’s Day and there were so many “love”ly LOs, we just had to feature a few more so here are two more before going on to other themes.
Life Without You by Tylertooo remembers the special love we have for our pets. Not only is the page a stunner visually but the journaling is so heartfelt and real, you’ll get tears in your eyes.
From beloved pets who fill our everydays, we go on to those unattainable movie-star crushes in Dreaming of John by Judy in SD. This LO has such a creative blend of photo and art. Plus, the black and white give a classic look finished off with that pop of red.
And for those relationships that don’t have fairy-tale endings, we have The Breakup by oldvwblues. This one is so quirky and colorful and packs a punch of emotion. Makes you wish you had a copy to send to that old ex-boyfriend from high school back when you were still in high school, huh?!. 😉
After a loss, you need to take a deep breath and get some perspective. This layout, Calm by bastia, can help you do just that with its soothing colors and positive reminders.
Once you’re calm and centered, it’s time to get some motivation to move on. Maybe a little traveling as celebrated in this vibrant LO, Marmaris by zwyck? Doesn’t the gorgeous golden yellow and red color combo and fantastic photo treatment energize you?
But, if your budget won’t allow that, how about some entertainment to get your mind off things? The dynamic 2014 Sochi Olympics by easyeyes4you certainly captures the thrills and drama with her expert extractions and combination of photos and techniques. And I love how the page goes from light at the top to dark at the bottom – It mirrors the ups and downs/highs and lows that make up the contrasts in the Olympics and life.
So, there you have it: a great way to finish off February with a stroll through the Oscraps gallery. Can’t wait to see YOUR layouts there (and hopefully here in next month’s Oh My Stars!). Happy Scrapping!
