Have you seen the new label, poppin' up in the Forum & Gallery? We've added a new team - Our VirtuosO's.

We're so excited about the new creative juices flowing around the "O" that we couldn't stop with one profile...
...so we're spotlighting the ENTIRE team!

So Who Are the VirtuosO's?
They are Oscraps team of elite scrappers. They encompass a wide range of styles, but they all display great artistry and talent in their layouts. The Virtuos-O's also help to promote Oscraps throughout the digital scrapbooking community.

Your Challenge This Week!
In honor of our "Staff spotlight" the cheery-o team has a unique idea cooked up for you!

This is Thanksgiving weekend in the United States and one of the themes (when you look beyond the turkey and dressing) of this week is that of gratitude.

So with that in mind: What are you grateful for?
Grateful is defined as being "warmly or deeply appreciate of kindness or benefits received; thankful" or "expressing or actuated by gratitude."

What do you appreciate? What kindness or benefits received have warmed your hearts? How have you expressed (or had it expressed to you) gratitude?

Laura (Lmccandless) Team Lead- Admin - LAURA'S GALLERY LINK
Laura describes herself as a mom to two girls and a big dog. She's been married to the "same great guy" for 13 years. She loves books, being creative, traveling and crossword puzzles. Laura and her family live in the Kansas City area.

"I'm addicted to Starbucks, Grey's Anatomy & digital scrapbooking. Blonde but definitely brainy. Mostly happy, sometimes sarcastic, always blessed," jokes Laura.

She says it's boring, but her screename is a combination of her first initial and last name.

When she faces mojo loss, Laura does a couple of things, starting with taking a break and doing something else - particularly something fun with her kids.

"I find that if I just forget about it for a short while, I'll come back refreshed and ready to scrap. If I'm in a situation where I have to scrap, I dig through my favorites and lift a layout for inspiration," she explained.

Wendy is a stay-at-home-mom to three kids: Aiden (6) and twins Ava & Bella (3). She's happily married and lives in Oregon.

Her screen name came from her first name and last initial. "So creative, huh?"

When she faces "mojo-loss" Wendy often turns to templates or a scraplift to get "started" again. "Challenges are also a great way to get the creativity flowing."

Maya (madigirl) - MAYA'S GALLERY LINK
Maya is a 17-yr-old girl, living in Amersfoort, Netherlands with her parents and brother. Her mom, Diane (Madi), is a fellow O-Scrapper (and Cheery-O). Maya is still in school, but she'll have her exams this school year.
Initially, Maya and Diane shared a screen name when they joined the "O" together. When they decided to "split up" and have two accounts, Maya became Madigirl, so she could retain part of the user name.

When she faces "mojo-loss," Maya often finds herself searching for inspiration in a variety of places. She suggests scrappers leave comments (love) in the gallery, look for a layout to scraplift, go shopping and try out a few new goodies, or even step away from the computer and watch television or listen to the radio. "I love the be inspired by music or advertisements. You can find inspiration everywhere, you just have to see it and use it."

The Strangest Thing She's Ever Scrapped - My brother. No, that would be mean. I once scrapped about a heart shaped potato. I guess that's the strangest thing.

Ooooh, this is so hard!!! I can't choose. I love to use staples, so Merkeley Designs staple it. I love red and blue, so Vicki Stegalls and Paislee Press' Big Easy. I love alphas and lately I am a huge fan of Kitty's Rusty alpha. That makes 3. I love any paint brush elements, so I would go for Sue Cummings paint and then I want O Brother Oscraps Collaboration Kit, then I at least have something of every amazing designer at the O.

Martina (-cherry-) - MARTINA'S GALLERY LINK
Martina is a 19-year-old girl, living in Germany near the coast of the North Sea with her family and beloved pets. She is in school and will finish next year.
"Friends and family are very important to me, they're the reason why I am who I am now."

Martina says she loves life, though it's sometimes complicated and stressful, adding "these moments will pass and you can enjoy the happy ones intensely."

In my tight leisure time I love love love to be creative (that's why I'm addicted to scrapbooking), to play clarinet, read, listen to music and go out with friends, celebrate parties, watch movies in cinema, go shopping or just relax with a friend while drinking a hot chocolate.

In the digi-world Martina is mostly known as Cherry. But it wasn't avaliable when I registered here, so I took -Cherry-. It's a result of my addiction to cherries in summer '07, when I also discovered scrapbooking. And here I am

When she hits a "mojo-less" time, Martina said she normally stops scrapping and instead does something else, like homework*haha* no, like commenting on layouts or search for inspiration on photo/creative blogs. She also listens to music as a source of inspiration.

"Music decides how my layouts will turn out, dependent on the genre of the music. I'm a music junkie!" she said.

Tina (nzmumof4) - TINA'S GALLERY LINK
Tina Ormsby lives in Auckland New Zealand with her husband of 22 years, Shane, and their four children. Dominic, 17, Madeline, 12, Sebastian, 9 and Francesca, 5. She works full time for a local television station producing promotions for shows.

Her username comes form her home country and her children.

Tina admits that mojo loss often happens in her scrapping world.
"I think it's related to a fairly pressured job and busy homelife," Tina said. "So a break is usually all I need. Often browsing through galleries will help to inspire me when I've hit that wall. I'll see a technique that I feel I need to try and away I go."

The Strangest Thing She's Scrapped? Honestly I can't think of anything that's out of the ordinary.

Stephanie is a 36-old-ooooold -mum of three V's: Victoria (4), Valentine (3) and Vadim (2). She lives with her family iin a little house with a big garden close to the Alpes in France.

She created her username using an old word game with a friend.
"It doesn't mean anything but i like the sound, and it's always very hard for people to remember it so i think it's fun (i like teasing)."

Jule is a 22-year-old German gal. She's not married (no kids) but lives with her "sweet boyfriend" of four years. "I still love him more than anything else! We have two wonderful cute cats."

I think I would choose some of Kitty's Magical Swirls (they can be put on almost every kind of layout!), some wordarts by Paislee Press...let's say some about Love (I simply love to scrap about love )....mh...and then...couldn't I just simply take a whole set of CDs including everything???

Lia is a 37-year-old Brazilian - married with a 2-year-old son.

Lia and her family have lived in Ecuador since April 2008. Before that, she lived in the Dominican Republic for two years.

Her screename (at Oscraps and other locations) is Lia, her first name, and Lotito, her last name.

To get past mojo-loss, Lia usually tries to use a template or lift a page that inspires her. "But if I'm still mojo-loss, I close PS, take my camera and go out for new photos with my son... watch he plays and smiles is a wonderful inspiration!"
