I agree with Mrs. Ela. I'm not sure what is meant by "paint." Use the "paint bucket?"

With the color wheel selection, does this mean a monochromatic layout?
Are the codes for the colors on that wheel listed somewhere?

"As long as you are using opposing colors, they do not have to be in the same band."
By "same band," is that referring to those numbered rows?
What about the "black" section? How does that play in?

Kapoh - I hope my post above can help answer that question!

It does not have to be monochromatic. I have put two sample layouts in the main challenge thread if you'd like to take a look and see if that helps!

I don't believe you need to be that exact. Pick a color you have that, in your viewpoint, matches one on the wheel.

Yup!

Since the black section does not have an opposing color, that wouldn't be a first choice I think. I suppose everything is complimentary with black though, so I'll have defer to Laura's thoughts on that one. Sorry that one is not as clear!

Hope that all helps!!

The black section doesn't have an opposing band, so please use a color!

Hi Mrs. Ela! I couldn't sleep and am up early, so I thought I might put in some ideas here for "paint" for you. Think of anything you can do with a paint brush. Paint strokes, paint splatters, paint drops. You could have paint coming off a paint brush or paint coming out of a tube even, or an artist's pallet. Another Cheery O and I posted some example layouts for you in the main challenge thread.

Here are some more examples from our Oscraps store to help jump start your creativity. (And get you drooling over our awesome designers!) There's even a freebie in there called "Crazy Beautiful". Enjoy and have fun!!
