Welcome to another edition of 1 Kit! This month we had a hard time choosing a kit to use. I had three excellent ones, but this one was a LOT of fun!! It was perfect for happy pages! Even though I was a tiny bit scared of the bold papers, here is the kit we chose:
There is a huge bundle available also with this kit with great word art and journaling cards and more!
In the interest of pushing us out of our comfort zones, we went with this beautiful, fun kit. Here is what the team came up with!
This fun page came from Lilly and she even made a second one with the pre-made page from the bundle! Check out her gallery for the template page. Here’s her original.
Flor created this one saying, “Love the patterned paper and the wordart was perfect to say how I feel when I take photos of the little ones that I love.”
Vera also created an original and a second with the template too. Make sure to check out her second page in the gallery! Vera said, “I started with that fantastic frame, i used a picture from my cousin from her last trip. And that wordart was just perfect to finish my page !”
Diane said this about her page: “I went monochrome to match my picture. I love negative frames, so that’s the first thing I picked out of the kit. Then I had to hunt for a photobooth picture from last Mother’s Day, but found it! The rest was just a matter of using the fabulous word art from the kit, and adding a few blended papers for extra texture on the background.”
For my page, I was scared of the bright patterned papers in this kit, so I started with some of the more plain ones. I browsed the elements trying to start brainstorming. As I looked for a picture to use, I saw one of my niece that reminded me of the way she says, “Cheese” when she takes a picture right now. It’s so funny! Everything scrunches up! She is very much a girly girl, so I went back to find the solid pink paper. The bright radiating colorful one though caught my eye and really made me feel the fun, happiness that my niece brings. The elements came awfully easy after that!
The colors in the kit made Irene think of the beautifully colored buildings in Italy.
Sandrine brought her signature style to her page! She said, “Here’s a very clean one. I love the colors, and all the elements and brushes. Such a versatile kit !”
So there you have it, a ton of different pages with Cinzia’s beautiful new kit! If you create with it, let us know and add it to our ways! 🙂
