Hello hello! Happy Friday! Cynthia here today with this month’s 1 Kit, 5 (or more) Ways post! This month we chose a gorgeous kit from Sandra (Studio 68) in calming shades of blue. It’s full of painty goodness, awesome borders, and the coolest papers and alpha. Everyone on the team had a blast playing with it and I can’t wait to show you the many different pages created with it. So without further ado, I give you Nevermind by Studio 68 and the pages we came up with!
When I saw this kit, I loved the papers right away! The painted look and the colors are beautiful and I just had to use them in combination with some photos I took of an oldtimer Chrysler!
Love the brush work on this kit. I wanted a large photo to blend and display the beautiful art.
I saw that the dominant color was blue, a favorite, so I thought of the Angel Island pictures, but this kit was more like blue with attitude. So I looked through pictures of my niece’s visit, who although a sweet thing, likes to pretend she has attitude. Found the perfect picture! I like all the blendability in this kit, full of splats and things to achieve the look I like.
I loved the blues and purple in this kit as well as the stamps and paints. I immediately thought of my youngest granddaughter in her cute mauve swimming costumes, looking like a sweet little angel! So I wanted to create a fun and arty page featuring her with some angel wings!
I hope you liked this month’s 1 Kit 5 Ways choice! If you play along we’d love to see your pages, so don’t forget to link us up in the comments! See you all soon!
